Anyone live in Washington State?

Hope I'm posting this in the right spot. I live near Walla Walla Washington and I'm hoping to find a vet in the area that knows how to treat diabetic cats. I'm not sure the one I have is very well trained and would like to find one who is.

I live in the Portland area, but my vet (who is great with diabetes) went to school in Washington. I'll give her a call tomorrow and see if she has any suggestions.

Unfortunately, my vet didn't have any suggestions for someone in the Walla Walla area. She said to talk to the vet(s) on the phone before you make an appointment, and you will likely be able to eliminate some from consideration.

Right now we are just going to stay with the same vet and see what happens. If I need to switch I will call around and ask questions to find out which one seems to know the most and fits the best with our needs.

I guess you are not very close to the vet school at Wazoo (WSU Washington State University)
