I've never heard of that brand. Looking at the ingredients, I wouldn't feed it as it has far too many plant-based ingredients to be an appropriate diet for for an obligate carnivore, and that's reflected by a sky-high carb count.
 
Not familiar with the brand either but if you look at the complete nutritional breakdown it is still nearly 3 times the recommended carbs for a diabetic cat...as the "as fed" value is 28%

Thanks..need new glasses. At least the company seems to be honest and puts it out there bad..another one hits the dust!

I just emailed the Wysong tech staff for an explanation of the differences in carb values. Maybe they are liars as well.
