Any ideas on what's up this cycle?

Hi. Mia's last three cycles were good:
PMPS - 253
+4 - 142
+6 - 81
AMPS - 257
+4 - 187
+6 - 86
PMPS - 299
+4 - 173
+6 - 106

Then, there is the current cycle:
AMPS - 375
+4.5 - 331
+6 - 322

Any thoughts on what she is up to? It looks like the high, flat numbers I would expect after a bounce, but there is no bounce here. Maybe she is just messing with me? ;)

Days like this are so frustrating. I have heard that being well regulated means PS values consistently in the 200s and nadirs consistently in the 80s/90s. Is that true? Does it just not happen for some cats, ever? I am glad her numbers are as good as they are a lot of the time, but I keep thinking maybe we will get to the point that it is more consistently the case. My hopes for remission have pretty much gone, but is stable regulation out of the picture, too?

Some cats do better on different insulins. And yes, some cats just bounce no matter what. Sam does great on Prozinc, but struggled on the L insulins, most cats are reverse of that. You're about six months in at this point, which is often when folks start to consider switching if the insulin they start on isn't showing the results they want.

There is a big difference in which meter you use too. AT2 spreadsheets rarely look as smooth as human meter spreadsheets. Human meters compress some of the results - I cannot even begin to explain why - but if you look on Teasel's spreadsheet when Kris switched from AT2 to human, you'll see that not only are the numbers lower, but the range is smaller. Teasel still bounces, but the spreadsheet looks a lot prettier.
