? ANOTHER LOW PMPS!! NEED GUIDANCE

Last night Casey was at 185 pmps. 20 minutes later 200. I gave her .5. amps was 332 so I gave regular 1.5 units of prozinc. +5 was 145. pmps was 86! 20 min. later was 76! She didn't eat as much this morning and wouldn't eat regular food. Was amps too high? I am not giving her a shot tonight. I just gave her some of her low carb dry because I knew she would eat it. First I offered her some canned beef....turned her nose up at it even though she has been crying for food. Should I test her later tonight? What if she is low again in the morning???
 
Whenever you get an odd test, re-test to confirm it (which you did). Home meters aren't perfect.

If the test range is confirmed, then it looks like 1.5 units with a pre-shot of low 300s may be a bit too much. If she gets up that high again, maybe try 1 unit.

If she's low tomorrow, skip again. Also, feed her and test her at +2 and +4. You may see a food spike and then a drop if her pancreas is working again.
