I have been slowly moving the dose/feeding time later due to being away most of Thanksgiving Day so do not plan any changes unless lowering is needed. And he still seems to be settling on the 1.5U so don't want to spoil anything there. Not sure what nadir was last overnight but +6 was 208 and I am using 230 for his increase #.
