AMPS is due in 11 hrs, need dosing advice please. Curve was done 07/04/2021.

Hello,
Can someone take a look at Milo's recent curve please..it was done on 07/04/2021.
I decreased his insulin on 06/27/ 2021 ~ to 1.25 Units ~ (from 1.5 Units)
And held the dose for 7 days, wondering if i should increase to 1.5 Units again?
Any advice is much appreciated.Thank You.

Hi Mariaana! If you post on the Lantus forum, you will get more eyes of Lantus users on your condo.

The dose and tests for the PM of 7/2 are blank. Did you skip?

It does look like he needs to go back up to 1.5U.

What happened to the pm dose on7/2?
If you don’t get a low blue or green BG tonight I would increase the dose to 1.5 tomorrow.

Hi Bhooma, I have entered the BG result for 7/2,thanks for the heads up!
I kind of figured that we were due an increase, but wanted to make sure. I have posted previously on the Lantus forum but was getting more response on this one .But will try that next time. I have entered the BG result for 7/2 on the SS.

now.
I will be shooting 1.5 Units at AMPS. Thanks.

I agree - it's time to increase the dose. With SLGS, you want to evaluate the dose every 7 days.

I also think you will get greater expertise on the Lantus board.
