Amethyst 07/06/2019 PMPS 125

Poor Amethyst...hopefully now that holiday AND soon the weekend will be past us things will quieten down. Is it all loud noises that bother her? Is it helpful at all to have other noises (like white noise) in the house to help 'muffle' the sounds of thunder or fireworks? Just a thought - but I have to run a fan at night sometimes to drown out the noises (fireworks, etc. - sometimes it just those darn birds at daybreak - chirping and carrying on - wakes me up too early!)...and the fan just seems to muffle it out enough so that it doesn't waken me...but her hearing is probably better than mine...oh well...wishing the best for her...it's awful to be frightened...no one likes that. :cat:
