I have had to increase Jones' insulin dose as his pred dose increased.

I will caveat my reply that I use Lantus not Prozinc but I would just ride out the 10 days. Her numbers may go up but then they should come back down again almost as soon as you stop the pred.

I think you could increase to 6.0 units. Even without the prednisolone, this dose has room for an increase.
