AlphaTrak Reading for Human?

Weird question, I know. I got an AlphaTrak glucometer for my cat (who promptly went into remission) and I wondered how I could convert the reading should I ever want to test my own blood glucose. I'm not diabetic, just curious. Thanks!

I don't think you can do that. You have to set it at an animal code to use it.
 
Actually I have tried using the AT2 meter to test my own blood (just for curiosity) and the readings are off for human blood. You should keep the meter and periodically test your kitty's glucose. Some kitties do fall out of remission so it is always good to test periodically.
