Hi My vet recommended the alphatrak 2 glucose monitor. Is that what most here use? Chewy.com has mixed reviews. Any cheaper options? It looks like the test strips are $50 for a 25 day supply which is a bit steep.

A lot of members on here use the Relion meter from walmart, 100 strips are about $20 and the meter itself is about $10

Thank you very much!!! The relion is a lot cheaper! Wow what a price difference! And in stock at my local Walmart too. Thank you so much! I don’t know a monitor meant for humans would work for cats too! Amazing!
