when I bought my AT2 Meter is came with 25 strips, the code on the container was 93 for cats .. I just got a new box of test strips and noticed the code for cats is 7 on this new container, will the code change with each box of test strips?

Yep. Sometimes you will get repeat numbers, but you have to check each bottle.
