Alpha trak glucometer

Some of you may know that Alpha Trak has made an Alpha Trak 2, I contacted the company because I cannot afford to buy a new meter for the new strips. They, Abbott, said I could use the new strips for the 2 in the old meter. But just set your meter only on "7" no matter what the can of strips says..hope this is helpful for you Alpha Trak users, I was starting to panic.....Priscillalea and Hannah Glory..........
