Hello all,
Well my sugar Bean is doing great! Has not had a shot since 5/15!!! numbers are great! pmps - 363 and received .25 of 1 unit!!! this was on 5/15, and has not had a reading over 161 since (which was the reading this am)!!! GOOOOO BEAN! JUST WANTED TO SHARE
Gumpy has had her blood pressure taken for the first time at home last nite and was 114! NO MEDS.... Then to the emer. vet at 9 pm for another check and was 120! NO MEDS... then back this am at 6 am..... 150! NO MEDS.... Soooo back to the emer. vet at 6-7 pm today to see what it is!!!! HAPPY FOR HER but wishing we knew what was going on! MOMMY is scared!

This is wonderful news - for both kitties.

Our general gauge for an OTJ kitty is that they run between 40 and 120, spending the majority of the time in double digits. Bean is a little higher than that. If you have recently made a diet change, he may continue to come down on his own. If he stays in the higher hundreds, you may need to give him as needed mini doses. If you want help with that, there are several people here doing it who would be glad to help you.
 
I'll echo Sue & Oliver. Good going, much improvement. But do think about keeping up micro doses for a while longer till you see lots of numbers under 100. :-D
 
That is great they are both doing well. I don't know what the blood pressure #s mean, but I hope Gumpy is doing ok! You are really cranking on the home testing lately, eh? Way to go!!!!

Great numbers tonite for BEAN... 76!!! LOVING THAT!!
Gumpy, not so great... 180 bp.... got to stay up and go at 10 pm to test again, and then at 5:30 am..... hope for the best .... some bp meds tonite at 7.... we will see :-(
