Since last update we had one rough morning (well I did) and we missed an AM shot. We are back on cycle 5 though and I am excited to see her under renal threshold again. Her irritability decreases dramatically and she stops hitting me in the face whilst I sleep when her body feels like it is starving.
She skipped meal 2 on the timed feeder last night, which means she had had enough from about +5 to +9.5. I think that is a good sign. Often she is cranky for lots of snacks all night. But meals 1 and 2 on the feeder have her pumpkin in them so she needs it, even a little. I may need to change the timing.

Her bowel movements have continued to be 1-2 a day and pretty solid and healthy. Smaller in diameter now too, which must be more comfortable. I can see the difference adding some fiber (via pumpkin) to the ziwi has made. I’m sure the broth/marrow helps by adding some nutrients and fluids....
But I also think the Cosequin, even at 1 capsule split up between every three days, is making a HUGE difference. She is cuddling every night with me again. She is playing with the red dot too.

I’m getting nervous about my cat food and litter supply again. We are about to move one final time, here in about 3weeks. I haven’t found work and I’m scared to go back and try to sell plasma to pay for Alice’s ziwi. The 4 boys all eat a LOT of friskies too. Haha.
I did the math and realized how much of a mortgage I could pay off in ten years without the cats.... and it’s still worth it. Xoxoxoxo

Hope all are well.

It sounds like Alice is doing pretty well right now. I've thought about how much money I could save if I didn't have to take care of my cats too, but they are worth more than all that money. I hope your move goes well.

Sounds like a great Alice report. My old vet said I could buy a small car with what I paid in Neko treatment. She lasted longer and was much more fun.
