Started here many years ago when my Stasha (GA) was diabetic. Now I have another diabetic kitty, Alex. I tried to diet control him as I didn't want to start this ride again. Towards the end of April I started testing again. Boy was I rusty. And he's not the most willing patient. It was clear that while his numbers weren't awful they were still to high-low 200's give or take a few points. I had used Lantus with Stasha and she went into remission. My Vet uses ProZinc so I decided to give it a try. So far so good. Decided to spend more time here and get as much info as I can. I don't know if anyone is still here from our Pam and Stasha days (maybe 18 years ago?) but look forward to learning more about how ProZinc works and hoping to do the best for my boy.

Thanks for the welcome. I am hoping the spreadsheet I set up on another FB group is the same as the one you use. Other than years ago when Alex had crystals, and vet insisted on vet food, My cats have all been raised on Fancy Feast Pates and Sheba Pates. Since I didn't use ProZinc I am very interested in making it work for Alex. I am gaining confidence through testing and seeing how he responds to lower doses of insulin with lower preshots.

Sorry I am just seeing you are using a SS from another fb page.
No we don’t use those here. They often crash. I thought you got it from our FB page. ...sorry.
