The good news, Alex tested negative for ketones and he weighed in at 10 pounds (his pre-DKA weight). I'd like to see him gain a pound or so (hey, he can have some of my extra pounds :lol: ). And he was running through the house with his ears laid back and chasing his sister, Audrey. He is enjoying the cooler temps.

On the flip side, I raised Alex a tiny bit last night after his PMPS of 351. I didn't get any additional readings b/c I have been soooo very tired lately and went to bed early. Anyway, this morning, he's at 353. DH shot 1.2 b/c he didn't know about the new dose.

I would have guessed he weighed more than that. You always make me laugh talking about Alex, especially the other day when you were commenting on where you shoot! :lol:

That is great that he is running around playing, that is an awesome sign he is liking the insulin and starting to feel better.
