Good idea, although they might think I'm a pain. On my last order, the box showed up downright mangled. Luckily there wasn't anything breakable in it.
I know its not in their control, what happens once the box leaves their hands, but that box was no where near sturdy enough for shipping. It was about
the weight of a shirt box you get during the holidays, to wrap clothes in. Pretty darn flimsy. I sent them an email with some pictures of it. I didn't ask
for anything because nothing in my packaged was damaged. It was more of a "Hey, this isn't the first time I've gotten a box in really bad shape. You
might want to try something a little sturdier" kind of thing. They sent me a coupon code, which was really sweet. My post office isn't normally that rough
with packages.
