Advice please

Meika threw up before dinner, tested 353. Before her 2am test and snack she jumped down to get tested and it sounded odd so I looked and she staggered a couple of steps before laying down. I tested her there and she was at 324. These are all pretty normal numbers for her. She ate and kept laying down a lot. Now (an hour and a half after test, feed, and shot) she's thrown up again a bit, wobbled, and laid down again. She doesn't seem to have a temperature to me so I just don't know... And JUST now she jumped up and seemed to try to go towards the toilet rather quickly but she fell down. She did have a softish poop earlier and left a tiny bit on the kitchen floor. Help! She seems okay but I just don't know. She's escaped under the spare bed now unfortunately. Can I wait until morning? It's 3:30am in Australia

Without tests past pmps we don’t know how low she goes at night but being in the 300’s now it’s not a hypo. Lantus is dosed based upon how low it takes your cat.

I have the same concern that Elise noted. Without any PM tests, you're missing half of your data.

I'm also concerned about how your cat is behaving. I would see about testing for ketones. You can test your cat's urine at home if you purchase Ketostix at any pharmacy. Alternatively, you could take her to the vet. Frankly, I don't think a vet appointment is a bad idea. Wobbling and lying down along with vomiting are not good behaviors and it suggest something is off.

I agree with Elise and Sienne.
I would take her to the vet. Vomiting and wobbling and wanting to lie down/ falling down needs vet attention. Ask them to test for ketones.
