Exactly. Consistency is important and your two PS numbers show that Little is rising. 148 to 187 is enough of an increase to show that the insulin from the last shot is wearing off. So by the time the new shot kicks in around +2, Little should be high enough to be safe.
Of course there is always a chance that you'll need to steer, but you've done that a number of times lately, so you know what to do.
