Sorry for the late reply, been out of town and computer in for repair. Take a look at Neko’s first year. I called the good numbers at first, then going away the “dose going stale”. Of course, if the acro tumour growth is matching pace with dose increases, you can see similar - Neko July to November 2015 was an example of that. Both examples in my spreadsheets.
Getting the test results really helps you know what you are dealing with. Other underlying insulin resistance I have seen produce this effect too, such as glucose toxicity or hear issues, to name two.
I asked about the spreadsheet because if you need assistance in dosing then your spreadsheet would need to be linked so that people can see it. Moderators cannot give dosing advice without it. If he ends up having either or both of those conditions then dosing can be quite different than standard protocols. I sincerely hope that he will not test positive. He is at 8 units though so something is going on.
