I'm going to post this in the ProZinc board as well. But could someone look at Chocolate's SS. I know I don't have many numbers in between but I always have a +6 or +7 and her numbers, like Coconuts did, seem to go drop so much and then go back up so high. It seems like such a drop. She's been completely off dry for over a week and she gets 1/2 a 5.5 oz can 4x a day.She gets either Wellness Turkey, Chicken, Beef & Chick, or Merrick Cowboy Cookout or Surf N Turf.

Christina,

Chocolate has been so overdosed for so long on the other insulin...as evidenced by that first pmps you got.
Well, I'm afraid her little body just is'nt used to NOT bouncing. The fact that she does drop significantly tells me this dose is ok and that she is one of those cats who is TRULY in liver training. That phrase is tossed around quite a bit...but in this case I think it has never held more water.
Hold this dose for a while longer to watch for slight improvements.

Larry I think Chocolate is just getting slowly better. This cat has been on 5u H for 2 years, untested.
That liver must be pretty accustomed to pushing out the glucose.

Yes she's a good eater. The bowl is usually empty by the time the next feeding comes around. She always goes for it right away when I put it down and has a bit, and comes and goes back to it as she pleases.
