Driving to bkk now. She seems to be losing consciousness. No matter what I do she won’t snap out of it. She is +9 at 330…yes high cause still eating kitten food. Any suggestion? I gave her water she can’t keep eyes open. The bottom eyelids are taking over . Was eating until an hour ago just fine. Gave a bit of glucose…isn’t working. She is still breathing….

I'm sorry I don't know :( if her BG is high though I don't think you need to give her any glucose

Are there any meds that you are giving her now post discharge from the vet, that could be contributing to her current state ie. anti-seizure, pain, etc.?

Did you happen to bring a thermometer? If so, take her temperature please. Normal is around 101-102.5 F. Higher can be a sign of infection. Lower can mean her body is starting to shut down.

What is her gum color? Are they pale? Nicely pink?

Are the gums tacky or slimy? Sticky/tacky is a sign of dehydration. Slimy is good.

Ditto the question about any meds you gave prior to transport.

How is her breathing? Slow and steady? Rapid and shallow? Count the number of breaths per minute if you can.

No thermometer. She was super hot so I have the air con blasting. She did have a fever at the doctor earlier. She was giving her everything antibiotic, IV, tons of stuff could be anything.
Breathing was almost non-existent. Thought she was dead for while.

She was having small seizure so gave her some meds. She rested a bit. Seems better now. But literally we have been sitting on the side of the road for 3 hours in the middle of Thailand. Massive flooding roads are closed for miles. Another 30 min and I won’t even make the appointment with the specialist in the morning. Still 6 hours away.

So many challenges you are facing. I am so sorry but so proud of you for pushing through trying to do the best for your Sassy. Prayers, prayers and more prayers that she stabilizes in the car and that you are able to get to the specialist in time. Thank you so much for keeping us updated.
