911 Cross-Post...Is this Honeymoon? Where do we go from here?

Hello everyone - I posted something similar in the Lantus/Levemir thread but since I just checked BG and it is 48, I thought I'd pop over here and see if anyone has some suggestions/advice for us

A few days ago, my daughter (who has type 1 diabetes) thought Kahn might be low - he was yowling, running around the house like a maniac, and crashing into walls. BG was 26. Two more checks with a different meter and strips verified.

I did not give him Levemir that evening as his BG before the shot was 107 (on my notes it's the first entry at 6:30PM)

Since then, I've been giving 1U twice a day (down from 2.5U twice a day).

It is looking like the 1U may be too much...

Should I drop to .5 this evening too or just tomorrow's AM dose?

*sorry for not formatting his basal test like you guys do - I didn't remember how that works so I did it like we do for humans. Shots at 7AM and 7PM and food then too, except where noted otherwise. I took this photo of his numbers earlier today before the BG of 48 a little while ago
