Her number just dropped to 32 in less than an hour and a half.
I'm so scared she's going to go into hypo state.
She's eating kibble and a higher carb Friskies pate.
Should we call our vet??
Give her some karo on that kibble. My concern is that she's had too much insulin. So there's nothing to do but FEED it. Don't worry about overfeeding her. Put some honey or some karo on the kibble and let her eat.
You can always rub it on her gums ... it will be absorbed. The high sugar content will give her a quick boost but this i something you need to be able to monitor for the next 12 + hours.
Feed her kibble and sugar and wait 20 minutes and test again. Then Post.

Alright, she just ate about 1 tablespoon of FP mixed grill, a small handful of kibble and my husband gave her a finger drop of karo.
Should I retest her in half an hour?
Yep, definitely too much insulin for one shooting!
You're all good Kadie - you've got this and you've got backup from everyone here. It's good that she's had some syrup and once the carbs from the kibble kick in she should start to level out at a higher number. Just keep testing and posting her numbers every 30 minutes and we'll talk you through what you need to do next.
