Gluttonous yesterday

And the gluttony continues today! Zener and Trixie are still in cahoots and the beans are sure glad. :-D :-D We went up a drop last night, time will tell if he could use a little more joose... No yard patrol as it was raining a bit this morning. We have not gotten the deluge like Phoenix and Tucson but could possibly get it today. :shock: Zener is now napping in his morning sunny spot, hopefully he will actually get a little sun today.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans, Amy's DF is getting his 2nd chemo today, Dyana's J.D., Marilyn's Polly is on her 2nd day of SRT (read about looking for Polly :lol: :lol: ), Melissa's drooler Charlie, Carla's cat scratches. Happy Tuesday, LL!

Man, wouldn't you know it. I used my new roof fund to cover Polly's SRT and we're getting monsoon deluge back home. I always get some breezeway and crawl space flooding with those gully washers. I guess as long as the two cats at home are keeping their paws dry all's well!

Hello Kitty couch? Really, where do you find those images. The kitty driving, the couch. Ah, the images for my memories of this trip! Thanks for the embarrassingly loud guffaws as I sit in this hotel room.

Nice slide starting there Z-man! See, eating those fuds are good! keep at it!

They keep teasing us talking about rain, no sign of it here yet though. I hope you get enough, but not so much that it all washes away.

A calm and dramafree day for the kitties, must be recovery day from the full moon/OTJ party. Our guy has enjoyed some happy appy again today {{{anti-jinx}}} and a bit of a slide out of the stinky pinkies!

We'd been catching a whiff of pee in our laundry room and today we found the source. Someone (and we're not sure who) was getting behind some boxes stored on the floor in the closet where we keep the vacuum cleaner and other stuff, and peeing. And it didn't look like a new secret pee spot either. :shock: It took about an hour of moving things out, cleaning and scrubbing the floor, disposing of "contaminated" boxes and other items and finding new places up high for storage. We now have a barrier set up that Zener cannot get over, so if more pee shows up, then we know it is the Queen of Everything, perhaps expressing her opinion of the vacuum. :roll:

Thanks for visiting today to check in on Zener and our water status! Marilyn - I spend far too much time on the google, that's where I find the images. :roll: Laughter is such good medicine in the FD dance and we just don't do it enough! :lol: Is it possible to OD on the chuckles and guffaws? Perhaps warnings are needed such as "do not read with mouth full of beverage"? :razz:

No big rains here like in southern AZ, western AZ, southern NV and southern UT. The hurricane moisture is moving a bit more to our west than predicted. We were expecting 2-4 inches from this and only have 0.25in in our rain gauge. Paws crossed all in the flood areas are drying out with repairable damage.

oh wow on the pee thing. I've had that happen too. Hopefully now it will stop. LOL on Tillie and the vacuum. ;-)

Nice flattish cycle tonight - we can be ever hopeful the drift continues down to blue tonight.

Bummer on the pee source. I've found those faint whiffs too. Black light has come in handy more than once. :roll:

It's so strange to hear about the amount of rain happening in Arizona. Our big rain was yesterday - we got about 20 seconds of spizzle. Time to set up the automatic sprinklers again.

Yikes on the mystery pee, but I have to admit, my first thought was about someone expressing an opinion about the vacuum! Hopefully getting rid of the affected boxes will eliminate the problem.

ohmygod_smile On the secret peeing, HA!!! Take that Vacuum monster. I was smelling the same brief whiff of pee in the laundry room. Emma had gotten behind a stored futon in the corner. It's been outside all summer and still smells! I need to find something big enough to stand it in and pour a whole gallon of Nature's miracle on it!
