I didn't get a chance to open a condo yesterday because work got in my way but Simon had a nice day. This morning, he is a little higher but we'll see what the day brings. He is doing well today (no pukus this morning) and 4 out of 5 P's in place. The playing will come later tonight.

I am a little sore from yesterday. At work, I have been killing myself with trying to get everything done and have been pretty distracted. As I was leaving, I fell half way down a set of stairs!! Kind of embarassing! I don't have time to take care of myself if I am injured and take care of 2 kitties with special needs so I need to definitely be more careful!!

Thank goodness it is Friday!!

Oh I hope you're okay. I know how it is when you get super busy and you think of everyone and everything but yourself. But please try and take care.

Hi guys .. nice start to the day simon .. I hope the fall did not hurt you to bad .. sometimes it takes a day or two to really feel the pain from a fall like that .. I hope nothing serious is hurting on you .. Please be sure to take care of yourself!

Thanks everyone for your caring words. Karrie, yes, my neck is bothering me bad today so it was a heavy duty pain med day to get through work. On top of that, Simon was not too cooperative for me today. I usually get home at 12:00 to test and feed Simon and then go right back to work. Today, I was late getting home because one of our participants at our center was sick and throwing up and I had to make sure she was ok. When I got home, it was 12:15 pm and Simon had become so upset that I was not on time, he had thrown up all over the rug and also on the floor right next to the automatic feeder! I guess he was trying to get the top of the feeder to open at 12:00 and when it didn't, he had to leave me a nice gift of pukus. So I had to take care of pukus at work and at home! I'm finally home and can breathe a little. The only thing I have planned this weekend is to go to a movie with friends. Yay!

Have you stopped giving Simon the pepcid? I know frequent meals are recommended for cats where stomach acid is an issue. His stomach must be extra sensitive just like the rest of him huh :lol: Sorry you had such a pukey day.

I'm sorry your neck is feeling the fall too. I was worried about you. Don't ignore the pain and take it easy this weekend.

Poor Georgia and poor Simon!!! Please be careful with that dang stairs!! My daughter slipped down two stairs at home a few years ago, sprained the ligaments in that ankle, and has had ankle problems since then. The last thing you need is to be laid up!!!

Simon's numbers are looking good, so that's the sunny side!!!
