In the plot, it does seem that the 3.25 dose is having an effect, despite the nadir not going below 300. Tomorrow morning is when I am supposed to increase to 3.75. Is the 3-day rule hard and fast, or can I wait a 4th day to watch?

If you don't see anything below 300 by tomorrow morning, you can increase by 0.5 units. Plots are much more interesting when they have blues and even greens in them. You can wait, but why would you? The longer he spends in higher numbers, the more he gets used to them and the harder it is to break through. Plus it's harder on his kidneys.

Well the post-PM results are surprising but not in a good way. This is the second night in a row where her BG went UP after the PM shot. +0.5 unit increase tomorrow then.
