Hi Everyone,

Rusty came down nicely from his fur shot. All is well here. We are getting ready to head to the finish of the 90 miler, do some grocery shopping, and do a little cleaning before Linda BearMan gets here in the mid afternoon. Exciting Day. The weather is beautiful and promises to be good for our paddle tomorrow on Lake Lila. This is a wilderness lake reached via a 6-mile jeep-track-like "road" and then a 1/3-mile portage. It is pretty remote. I hope Linda will enjoy it.

Woo hoo! Auntie Linda is coming, so of course. Rusty had to recover quickly from the fur shot! ;-)

Tomorrow's canoe adventure sounds great. Will Rusty be on mouse patrol while you are on the water?

Linda arrived safely and is all ready for the canoe trip. Rusty is being a good host. I may have to set an alarm tonight. Rusty says for all kitties to look in the Loose Lips condo tomorrow for details about the Full Harvest Moon Party tomorrow night at Camp Stu.

p.s. Our friend won his division and had a personal best that was 1/2 hour shorter than his previous best time in this race!
