Max’s ears finally started looking better this morning. Stopped the Baytril after 10 days with no improvement. Started using Zymox without hydrocortisone a couple of days ago on my own. Thanks for letting me know about Zymox @carfurby it looks like it’s working so far. I should have listened to you in the first place lol. Let’s hope and pray it resolves the problem. I guess I bragged about Max too much. He just had his first asthma attack of the season a few minutes ago. I gave him 2-3 puffs of his Albuterol inhaler. He has not been on his Flovent inhaler because he usually only has asthma issues in the fall/winter seasons, and also now it’s an issue because of the steroids. Called the vet about starting back on Flovent. I know it’s going to make his BG skyrocket up and we have just started seeing some improvement. He’s okay right now. We just cannot catch a break!!!

I'm glad the Zymox seems to be helping Max's ears. I'm sorry about the asthma attack. I hope his breathing is better now. You can always adjust the insulin around steroids.
