Happy Friday afternoon dear friends!! Sending more prayers to Rocket today and any others who are ailing and need them. Great news that Lyresa does not need eye surgery!

Missy G continues to do well anti jinx, be playful, CPC, 5Ps, all the good things we look for. She had a lovely green cycle last night and today and I am getting ready for a nap because that's two nights in a row that she had me up. I don't mind.....I'm happy she is doing so well :-D :-D

Well.....never a dull moment around here! Gracie and Tobey like to eat their breffis on the catio together. I put her clavamox in a pill pocket and plop it in her food twice a day and she eats it. So this morning, Gracie was in her requisite eating spot on the catio, Tobes was in his (which is across the catio), everyone was nom noming so I came in the house to clean the LBs.....I was gone maybe 5 minutes. When I went back out, Gracie was on the condo and Tobey was licking her plate :? :? :shock: :shock: He normally does not do this. So then I was worried he had eaten the AB. Two hours later...he starts heaving and my poor baby boy has had a tummy ache all day. I called the vet and they said yup....likely culprit was the clavamox (he's never had it and now they have his chart marked that he cannot handle it). I feel like such a bad mommabean :sad: :sad: I can tell he's starting to feel a little better because now he is all stretched out instead of hunched up. Wet noodles for me!!!!

I thought you might enjoy some cute photos...the first one is of Gracie on the ride home from the IM vetty the other day. Doesn't she just ooze "poor poor pitiful me"? The other two are photos of her new belly hairdo :lol: :lol: :lol: Notice her spots so that when she has hair (which is reddish on her belly), she has adorable little black spots. Hope the photos put a smile on your face. I'll be back tonight to visit condos. Have a great day wherever you are!

Aw, poor Tobes. These things happen, though...but I bet he'll never try and steal Gracie's fuds again.

She is just SOOOO sweet. I love her little bald polka dot belly...how cute is that?

Marje, Glad Gracie is doing well and not looking to keep you up all night tonight. Great pictures! She looks soooo sweet. Sorry about Tobey eating Gracie's meds, thats a hard way to learn a lesson. Have a great evening!

Oh my gosh look at that cute belly! I love the polka-dotted bellies! She does have that Woe-is-Me face - just want to rub her pretty head.
Thanks for sharing the pictures - it's nice to see a bit more of the kitties than their head shots allow. Hope you had a great day and get some sleep tonight.

What a cutie patootie that Lil Stinka is! Glad to hear she's doing so well and having such great numbers! Wohoooo :mrgreen:
Sorry to hear that Tobes got into the clavamox and had a belly ache but it sounds like he quickly recovered and is back to his normal self:) Please promise that you'll never call yourself a bad mama bean again cause you are one of the greatest! Gracie's belly looks super soft. Do your wishes come true when you rub it?

Wonderful numbers for Gracie - lots of greens there little one. And I really like your pics! Looking good. Mannie says to tell you that his belly looked like that too, and not to worry, the fur grows back even better than it was before. :cool:

Of course, I know better than to do that to a cat. Sure way to wear a cat on your head with a tight grip . :lol:

We call the belly area being exposed for rubbing a "cat trap" in our house because we are just being set up by the cuteness to get it
if we touch. :lol:

I have the problem with having to sit and watch breakfast get eaten too. Got a little american eskimo who inhales the cat food if
I turn my back for a second.
Poor Tobey. Glad he feels better now.

Tobey, your auntie Ellabean wants you to feel better and to stay out of Gracie's meds!! Come to CampStu tomorrow and we'll make some cimmamum cookies to soothe your tummy.

Hi Marje and Gracie. Lovely spots, Gracie!! Marje, I think Tobey wanted to get in on the tummy thing so he could sympathize with Gracie and you. I hope you are beginning to feel better and that you, Mike and the fur kids will have a good weekend.

What gorgeous pics, Marje! I love that belly!!! The first picture in her carrier is just precious also. She looks so sweet and pathetic. Beautiful numbers also!

I'm glad you all liked her belly!

Love the captions, Carl. Here's what she does in her carrier...she buries herself under the blanket and once zi got her in the car and she decided all the scary stuff was over, she peeked her head out of the blankets she had dug herself under :lol:

I thought Tobey was doing better but he's still not feeling well. The vet said it could take at least 12 hours to get all of that AB out of his system but possibly longer. I gave him some fluids tonight to keep him hydrated and some Pepcid because he threw up some foamy pukus later in the day. He's just chillin' in here with me. Vet said to fast him until tomorrow and then start him back on baby food.
 
Aww Gracie did look worried in the first pic! Glad that she's feeling better now & stretching out at home.
That's a lovely PMPS, hope she can show us lots of green tonight.

Gracie looks so sweet and innocent in the first one. Mama-come save me!! The polka dots on her tummy are adorable! The tummy pics show off how beautifully thick her fur is.

The first time Yahtzee had his tummy shaved I was nearly in tears because it was so sad/cute/pitiful. Then I learned that he LOVES to have his tummy kissed! ECID! So I got over my feelings of pity. The shaved tummy is no longer a sign of vetty check ups, now it represents "Mom, come kiss my belly!" He sees me coming and rolls upside down and gives me the look. Sooooo cute!! I just have to be careful that he doesn't lay like that too long by a sunny window...

Hi Helen! She's pretty flat tonight so we will see if she is going to keep me up three nights in a row ;-)

I he's you, Deb! Those tummies are just too difficult to resist giving little kisses on. Yes...she is a plush little thing...her fur is the softest ever!
