I had an emergency at school and gave the shot at 820. Was supposed to give at 730. My schedule was hard because of the first week of classes and I’m alone. I’m off until Monday so any advice is appreciated. I want to bring him down. He could still be recovering from the bounce?

Hi! I noticed you had not yet has a response on yesterday’s post, to this question. Do you still need help working out a schedule to get back on track?

-looked over your spreadsheet.
I also agree that it’s very hard to advise on dosing right now without more test data. So if schedule is your greatest testing barrier, then we could gladly help you work out timing! Over my journey with Alice I have had to try out several different testing and shooting times to get a feel for what worked best for me. And sometimes my schedule would change. Over time, how adjust to schedule changes or missed alarms etc becomes more natural, so I promise it will certainly get easier!

I’m off on Fridays and the weekend, so I can test more.

Is it just 15 min earlier each shot till I get back to 7ish? This am I think the shot was around 8:10 or 20. I honestly can’t remember. I fell back to sleep
Yes, that’s probably the very simplest way of looking at it, and so probably one of the easiest!

I keep a small notebook next to where I test and I write down every test number the exact number of minutes. That way I have easy access but can go enter it into the spreadsheet and calculate how many plus hours and what decimal point I need to use, if any..... I fall back asleep after tests and shots too.

So if this morning was 8:10 and you prefer to have your times on the hour/:15/:30/:45, you could readjust it to 8, and that would be fine. It doesn’t have to be a full 15 minutes, if your time is already really wonky.
