Going back to the 3 units this morning.

+3 480
+6 443
Started benadryl at +6. Hope it alleviates his need to scratch his neck.
Not great numbers today.
 
Interesting +8 spike, did he get into some kibble or something? How is he acting? The 5 P's, purring, preening, playing, peeing & pooing.

Are you checking for ketones?
 
I gave him some dry treats at +6 with the benadryl. I know, I know. The pill was the same color as the treats and I was trying to disguise it in with them. Didn't work. I still had to pop it in his mouth.
He's fine. All P's present.

Weird how he teases you with that one perfect PS every few days, hmmmm. Really not sure what to make of that. Are you sticking with the FF classics? It seemed like maybe the 202 was from that, but then the last couple cycles are back to high again, bummer. Makes sense to me what you are doing moving in 0.25 increments now, especially if you are on a lower carb food now, makes sense to move a little more cautiously (unless his #s just don't budge), hopefully you will get some improvement soon. I would probably try getting in a bedtime check as often as you can - then if you get a wonky low PS another morning, you may have slightly more clue what led to it. Just a thought. :)
 
I know, it's weird. We were starting to get some 300's in there and then we went to the vet - he had a an antibiotic shot and the Hills M/D that night for dinner and that was the end of the 300's.
I feel so bad for him. :sad:
