Morning LL,

WCR Sara is doing great. No peeing in the wrong places and I only have 1pill left! I finally got the hang of pilling her during the last week of pilling. It goes down the first try now. I bought the pill shooter but I don't think I'll need it. I bought it to have in the future if I ever need it. I may try it for the last pill, but things have been going so smoothly and I don't want to rock the boat. The trick for me was to get it far enough down, where the tounge makes a v. Once I focused on that, it went down first try.

I did a curve yesterday and her #'s were very good.

A vet tech taught me a strange trick that worked for me--after you give the pill you blow into the cat's mouth. Totally strange, but it definitely worked for my cat that I could never get to swallow a pill. She said it generates a swallowing response automatically. I didn't buy it at first, but after weeks of successful pilling, I couldn't argue with success.

I'm glad I stopped in here for the pilling tips. :smile: I hate giving pills. Even Lucy, who normally lets me do anything to her, won't let me give her a pill. I think I'm not getting it in far enough.

I'm also glad Sara has found the litterbox. Nice numbers too. Looks like a great day in this condo.
