punkin's fine this morning - we played "follow my tail" to his food dish, he's scarfed all of his food down and is now working on anya's. couldn't persuade either of them to sleep in and take a holiday this morning!

i think we're off to pick blackberries in a bit, but first i'm going to see if i can nap on the sofa. morning came around kinda fast!

You asked in Loose Lips about Willie and the inversion table. At first, I'd be hanging at maybe a 60-70% incline, and he'd come up and be all "Hey!! What you iz doin up there??" and would get his front paws up on the table, which would cause it to incline more. :shock: :shock: I have a thing about going backwards (rocking chairs freak me out), so that was an issue. Thankfully, now he just comes and pets himself on my dangling hands or brushes up against my face. There is a look of "Humans. Seriously?!?" though it isn't as bad as the reaction I get when I'm in the bathtub. (OMG! OMG! U does know what iz in dat tub?!? GET OUT!!! U mite die!!!") :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

wild blackberries are everywhere around here. some years they get kinda watery if we've had a lot of recent rain, but the flavor is pretty good this year. we can walk to 2 areas that have a ton of blackberries, but our fav place is 3-4 miles down the road.

of course i got sucked in here reading posts instead of going back to bed, so now i'm not sure if i'll sleep or not. DH has unlimited abilities to go back to sleep (he's already out cold) but i'm more "delicate" on it :lol: - gotta hit the right moment or i can't sleep. perhaps i'm just picky like the cats.

Blackberry picking sounds great! We never seen wild berries in Hong Kong. i wish i will have a chance to see & tryna pick it by myself :-D

Do you have poison ivy where you live? I ALWAYS got PI as a kid in IL when we picked blackberries and many other times too. I still like blackberrries. Enjoy your day!

sounds like a good plan for the day. Do manage to get home w/ any blackberries though? :lol: Walking several miles home can be hungry work.

Tess won't even comein and look at the bathtub. :shock: Cleo used to come in, sit on the edge of the tub and hover her tail straight out 1/8th inch over the water. Never got it wet either!

Nice day for Punkin! Yum on the blackberries. All of ours burned up this year so we missed out. :cry: DH loves cobbler, crisp, pie, and jam.
