With that pmps last night I wonder if he’s going lower later in the cycle. I’d start getting a +7-8 when possible and when able a small +8-9 snack.

He gets his +8-9 snack. Got the baby gate to keep Oreo out of the bedroom where we feed the dogs. Typically we put the dogs food up or they eat it all but not yesterday. Ugh. I’ll shoot for-a +7 check might be a +6 though at night. +6 is 11:00am/pm

I keep looking at everybody else’s numbers and I can’t help but notice they’re high numbers snd high doses and he’s on such low dose I hope that’s good
 
Even a +6 is good. I think he might have been lower yesterday with that pmps or did he get into contraband?
