Yesterday started out with a quick visit to the lagoon, followed by a visit to grr_red that floor because Ms. Liver couldn't handle two cycles in a row with green. :roll: :lol: Another rainbow day, but at least she slid down to something respectable overnight.

I suspect Neko might have had a quick blue touchdown overnight. She slept on the bed with us, until early morning when civie Theo came into bed and Neko hopped off and went into the kitchen making hungry noises. Yet another sunny dry day here, the yard had been patrolled, the deck has been explored and now she is just waiting for the +3 snack to make an appearance. Neko knows all the food she is entitled too! :lol:

DH commented today that Theo is looking a little chubby around the middle. He has gone up .2 lbs in the last while, but it's hard to not give him a treat whenever Neko gets one for testing. I get that "it's not fair" look if I don't. He gets the same food and treats as her, but exercises more. This morning he decided that he'd park on my chest in bed. Nothing like an extra 13 lbs on top to help you sleep! My chin and neck got a wash too.

Ah yes.
Nothing like the parking on top of the chest and covers to help insulate you even more and make it hot fast.
But we enjoy it nonetheless.
I even get the tail in the face after the kisses/love bites and she decides to turn around. That tail has to emphasize that it's breakfast time,
don't ya know, MamaBean?!

Alright, Neko, slide down and surf today.
It's okay to have the blues.

Nice start for Neko today! They don't forget treats they are entitled to do they? Of course Theo has to have the same ones. We do the same thing at our house. One can't get something without the other two being right there wanting theirs as well. Have a great day Wendy!!

Looks like Neko turned left when she should have turned right. I guess she did go lower last night, or it's her delayed bounce. Oh well, a bit of freedom for me today.

@Rhiannon - I'm afraid it's pinks instead of blues for now :cry: Theo's just loves to cuddle in the morning. After the chest he snuggles between my arm and my chest - as if I could sleep with that purr motor going! Neko's more sedate, she just sleeps on top of the covers on my lap or beside the feet. That is, when she graces us with her presence on bed. More often in cooler weather for sure.

@Melissa - I swear that both animals in the house know that the meter beep means food. Theo can be in another room on the other side of the house but shows up for the beep.

@Pip - Neko went up searching for Rupert again. At least now I can get out and enjoy the day. With that AMPS number I though I might be sticking around a bit.

Hope Neko comes down for you soon. I usually test Furball in the kitchen away from the other cats, but sometimes I get a quick test in another room. Then I always have to share Furball's treats with the other cats. They know what me getting the meter out means too and they look for those treats.

HI Wendy - well bummer on that +3. Wow on the rainbow day yesterday - it so reminds me of Mannie. He was /is such a master of hitting all the colors in one day. I keep telling him flat is better, but he just looks at me with that HUH? look. Silly boy.

Sounds like a great day there for everyone. Neko - good job on the yard patrol. Mannie has been out doing his too. Important work you now, so keep at it.

Enjoy your evening Wendy - we have 65 and a nice sunset in the making. I hope you have the same.

OK Neko, let's see if we can so something a little more interesting with this lowish yellow. :-D Today was yellow and pink day with a hump at the beginning. That 216 was so close to blue, she might have dipped a toe in there.

@Alex - I just had to pop in. I feel a kinship with you because of those "Hi" reading you got. I remember how disheartening they were when we got a bunch of them, but Reuben is looking so much better now.

@Carla - it looks like Neko came down so she gets a second chance to see what she can do from here.

@Michelle - a very bumpy day, relatively flat because only two colours that I saw. :lol: I made Neko hide today (under the boat rack outside) because I started power washing. To Neko it's like the vacuum cleaner only with water, way worse! :evil: I was on the water for the sunset, just gorgeous today.
