9/5 Max AMPS 317 PMPS 170

Good call on the reduction. I differentiated between times when the dose was in freefall vs. about the same or slowly drifting down. I was more cautious when reductions were coming fast and furious. With SRT, you will find fast vs slow changes. After her SRT, Neko sat on one dose for three months before reductions picked up again.

Oh okay. Thanks for telling me that. When Max was having a bunch of dose reductions pretty steady back in July that was amazing, then he’s kind of stalled the last couple of months, so I didn’t know if that was “normal” or not. I know ECID but it still helps to hear someone else’s experience with the same. He’s still done well though, considering what a bouncy cat he is. I’m thankful for the progress he’s made so far.

You have done a wonderful job managing Max, and just look at how far he has come down the dosing levels! Best of luck on your camping trip. Maybe @Wendy&Neko will recall there was a FDMB member, a young guy as I recall, he took his cat camping. The one thing that stuck with me is he got the kitty a Kitty Holster, which I thought was very smart. They took the cat on hikes with that holster so there was no danger of him escaping if he got freaked out by something he saw. Anywho, have a fun trip, you are so much braver than I ever was!:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thanks Ruth. Wendy gave me some very helpful information. I’m really not brave. I want and NEED to get away for my own mental health, but I’m also really anxious about Max going with us. I’d be more anxious without him though, so we are taking him. Hopefully he will be okay.
