Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! And you know what that means..... Lola and Bug are running around saying wacky wacky wacky, Wacky Paw Prints Pizza pies... silly kitties! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot Breve's made from Sun-Dried Sumatra Rasuna beans. For my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Cimmamum and Frango Mint infused white mocha/mocha blend with Frango chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cimmamum whip garnished with cimmamum sprinkles, white chocolate curls and frango mocha drizzle. ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with mint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Mine was a social day. WOOT! I had breffis with my son, at our favorite cafe. They are still open, for about another two weeks. Then the doors close. I will really miss that place. My son and I have yet to decide on another place to visit for our Tuesday breffis's. I also made it to Seattle to see my friend, to catch up over a cup of coffee. By then the sun had come out. It made for a great afternoon, and a nice time to travel to the city. Some photos from breffis: Breffis with Anthony

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   Hey - we survived a whole day without any plant digging, or magazine chewing, or TP chewing/rolling.... AWESOME! I think Lola is too preoccupied with planning her outdoor escape route, now that she has had a taste of the great outdoors, to worry about mundane things.  I did find her however making several scratching fly-bys on my sofa.... even with the scratch pads she and Bug have here there and everywhere. Elsa juts looked at the lot, one could see the thoughts: "Children!" and went to bed to take nap.... GO ELSA! Bug is Bug, such a mellow Mannie kind of guy. Surveys all, stays clear of the messes, but makes sure he keeps Lola running and playing. As if she needs help with that.   Yesterday was vacuum day. Bug and Elsa became scarce, but not Lola! She was chasing it, batting at the cord, stalking it, and I even got one pounce. She loves the hose attachment when I use it to clean under and on top of things. She follows that everywhere, even let me vacuum her once.  Crazy cat!

Have a great day everyone! My DD has gone back to work, half days for a few weeks. So today is day one of my having both boys: William and Nicholas. It will be a swim day for Nicholas. We are going to my DMIL house to use her outdoor pool. She is home today and can watch William for me while Nicholas gets in his pool time. YAY! We so hope for sunny skies! paws crossed. Not too sure that we are going to get that good weather....

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!!

What great pics. So sad about your restaurant closing. Time marches on I guess. Woah Lola. What is up with that? Hopefully she is just growing out of it. Ya right. Have a great day and good luck with both boys Michelle!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) THX on the photos. I so agree on the cafe... sign of the times, and the economy. I will miss them, and their food! oh yeah on Lola. A day off for her I guess. ;-) Major THX on both boys... it should be fine. A few adjustments to be made I am sure. frm what is normal for Nicholas, but all will be good.

Oooh enjoy your first day with both DGSs!! How fun!! :-D :-D :-D

Haha on Lola chasing after the vacuum monster  .
Haha on Lola in general!

I love that Bug is calm, cool and collected kitty ~ and helps Lola use up some of that energy!
I also love that Elsa is the wise one. (Kids these days.)

Thanks for the coffee treat, Lil Bit ~O) :-D ~O)

Enjoy your day, Michelle!!

Morning Josie ~O) ~O) ~O) YUPP! Both boys today.  It should be fun, some adjustments for sure, but I am looking forward to it all. SWEET! SO so agreed on the kitties - I voe how they are all so different, yet all get along. Fun times! Do you believe Lola and that vacuum? crazy silly kitty!
Auntie Josie - you are so welcomes! I am glad you like my brews. :-D ~~ Elsa, Lil BIT, kitteh barista

Hi guys .. too funny on lola and the vacuum!! I guess some cats are brave like that .. none of the ones I have owned that's for sure, but some are! Good luck with having two grandbabies today, though I'm sure you'll do wonderful with them both ..

That's so funny Lola let you vacuum her. I hope you have a good day with William and Nicholas. Good luck with the adjustments you'll have to make.

Wow on Lola and the vacuum cleaner! Mine both head for the hills/couches/basement. I remember you telling us about finding Mannie while vacuuming and surprised he hadn't taken off, and then realizing he was trying to guard is pile of nanners. Leo still loves his nanners and that's what we call them, thanks to Mannie.

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one.

What a very sad day in LL! I so grieve with Barb on the passing of Checkers. Fly free sweet boy, you will be so missed!

WOOT on day one with both boys. We survived today. It went OK, the morning moved along well, with both boys. Nicholas really wanted to help with everything related to William, from the toys to the diapers to the feedings. He so loves his little bro: he a good job, sure did try. We ended up swimming, at my DMIL outdoor pool. Pool temp was at 82, good enough and warm. What did the little guy in was the outside temps of 58, the fog and drizzle rolled into that. We did about 30 minutes until he was just too cold, had the shivers. As hard as he plays it just wasn't enough to generate enough warmth. He did have a blast in those 30 minute though: the energizer FISH was hard at work, diving, jumping, underwater seeks, swimming as best he could, playing with noodles and a float mat. Anything and everything he could get his hands on. he tells me he was done and too cold now. LOL. No complaints there - he had fun while there so YAY! AND (!!) on an extremely good note: DMIL tells me she would love to watch William on the days she is off so I can take Nicholas to the pool. a big yahoo on that. I won't then have to worry about how to handle a 3 month old in the water, or take Nicolas swimming at nght once William is home. So should her work schedule allow she will take a morning or two a week. awesome. I so hope this means I will not have to take Nicholas swimming in the evening. I think so! more awesome. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D I will post the Picassa links to today in tomorrow's condo.

Hi Devon - I so agree on Lola and that Vacuum! She is one fun kitty! THX on today - it went OK, I didn't stress too much, and the boys had a good time. :-D

Hi Carla - I know! I could not believe that she let me run the hose attachment down her side,  It was only once, but she didn't move or flinch. crazy! THX on today - we did good for a first day, the adjustment I think will be minor, more along the lines of allowing more time for William and his basic baby needs: like eating. ;-)

Hi Lisa - how wonderful to hear from you! I hope you and Leo are doing well. I think of you guys often. Do you believe Lola and the vacuum? The others her all flee too, but not her. Ye son Mannie - I'd see him watching, making sure the nanners were ok. I can remember one time, well several, when he would sit on them and not let me move him or the nanners.   I always caved when he did that, let him protect them. hey - cool on Leo, and thank you.

Hi Michelle,
Bummer that your coffee shop is closing soon. It looks like such a neat place. I know that Anthony and you will miss it. Do you have another place that you like to go to?

Elsa, I don't blame you for laying low when the "kids" are playing. Too much on Lola and the vacuum cleaner!

How did today go with both boys and your DMIL's outdoor pool? I hope it didn't rain.

Have a fine evening. We leave for Camp Stu tomorrow. Rusty is inviting all the kitties for a few days of "camping".

Ella & Rusty

Hi Ella - THX, and so agreed on the coffee shop. We haven't found a new one yet, we need to do that! We have always gone there, so there really isn't back up one! bummer! We did OK today at the outdoor pool, but it was chilly - only 58 out. Nicholas did fine with it, for about 30 minutes, then he just got too cold. Sure had fun while it lasted though, and played very hard! So so agreed on Lola and that vacuum! silly cat. OOOOOOOO! Camp Stu! Lola and Bug and Elsa are packing their bags....
Auntie Ella - thank you - I agree! no hanging out with hose kids when they are being nutsie like that! Sleep and naps are better! ~~ Elsa

Hi Anne oh yes - hit the nail on the head you did! False sense of security says it well.... especially when one of those kitties is Lola. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...... ever so true on that mischief!

Great update on the kitties! ...well, except the planning the escape route thing! Silly kitty! Sorry to hear about the closing of your restaurant. I hate when that happens. Have a great evening, Michelle!

Hi Deborah - Many thanks! I so agree the escape route. She is relentless.... THX too on the cafe, I feel the same. Its been there for a few decades, and it is really sad to see it go. Night has bee good!
