9/4 Junior AMPS 220 & feeding change

Good Morning all,

Hope everyone is safe after the storm.

Long update on Juniors S.S. the past week is now filled in, some low numbers too!

Discussing with DH, some changes were made, they are in his S.S. notes, but quickly, he is getting FF Turkey AM, 1/2 can, shot, about 45 minutes to 1 hr later he comes back and finishes, no pushy mom & dad. The lunch feeder has a little less in it, side 1 opens at 11.30am, side 2 opens at 12.30, Friskies Turkey. and for supper FF Beef w/Methyl, 1/2 can, shot, about 45 minutes later, he comes back for the other half! and at bedtime, he gets Frisleis Turkey. it seems to be working well for all concerned, I will be closely watching him, and DH is home for 2 days more, so I asked for mid day tests if he is not in the woods!

Hi guys .. nice yellow for junior! Sounds like all is going well .. mocha takes forever and a day to finish her meals .. of course, she's missing half the teeth in her head but still! It can make for a long feeding time since we have to wait for her to finish so twix doesn't get any .. have a great day guys!
 
Hi Peter & Devon, and also Mocha, I just read Mocha's profile, and have been working on Junior's.

I wanted to say a special hello, as you always seem to respond to updates/condos and such, it is very nice to know someone is reading and may have an idea about what was written.

The meal thing wiith Junior is a hope for possible remission someday down the line! if not, that is ok too!

I was wondering where you were!!

I would evaluate the change in how you're feeding in a couple of weeks. It takes some cats a while to respond to the change. Nice looking numbers for Junior!!

Rhiannon, you are always on the spot! with good comments too! and so positive!

and Sienne, what can I say except you have helped me tremondously, not that others haven't, but you get what I mean even when I don't know what I mean, and you have been so kind on pushing me to get more info on Juniors BG.
Frustration is what it is right now, not with Junior, parents and siblings....life goes on!

Still working on the computer thing for home, not having one at home makes me feel bad, if there is a problem, what do I do, call the emergency vet again? the nearest computer is 5 miles away. We can only get satellite, and the money goes quickly...as we all now nowadays.
