He fought me today during the shot. I don't know why. The first shot didn't get in him before he hissed and darted off - had to fill another syringe and try again. He wasn't very receptive of the second shot but at least it got in. I wonder if he is sore from the chip injection. It was put in on the right side of his neck so I have been trying to shoot on the left side of his shoulder. They said the chip injection doesn't hurt but it does draw blood so I really wonder.
