Susan called me this afternoon while I was out and said that Tiberious's ashes came back today and she finally has him back home. As you can imagine, this was very, very hard....she said Kevin was comforted but it was harder for her.

She asked me to tell you all she has been thinking of you and is still so very grateful for all the help and support. I told her not to be a stranger...whenever she felt like coming back around to visit, we'd love to see her.

Please continue to keep them in your prayers. All her cats have now crossed the RB but her heart is aching too much right now to think about reaching out to another kitty in need. She is hoping by next year that she and Kevin will be able to foster kitties from a local shelter.
 
hanks for the update Marje. I wish them well, now how terribly difficult it is when they leave us. I hope they can come and visit us when they are ready.

Susan - we all wish you well. The thought of you fostering kitties from a local shelter in the future is wonderful. Take care, and I am so glad that Tiberious is home, The circle is now complete.
 
((Susan and Kevin)), so glad you have Tiberious' ashes back home with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know how heartbreaking it is to lose a beloved kitty. It's a loss like no other; I think it's great you're thinking of fostering a kitty (s) when you're ready. I hope soon you both will come back and visit LL and let us know how you're both doing.
 
My thoughts continue to be with Susan and Kevin. I know they are heartbroken. Rest in peace, Tiberious.

You are both very much in my thoughts, as is your sweet Tiberious who is back home with you. I hope that in time you are able to take comfort from your memories of happy days with him. I think that Tiberious will help you to know when the time is right to reach out and help other kitties in need. It is so good of you to even be thinking of doing that in the future when you are in such pain today. Tiberious will be remembered by all of us here in LL. Those of us who have GA's at the Bridge know that our kitties there are with him.

We are very sorry for Susan and Kevin. It is so hard to lose one of our beloved furbabies. Tiberious had a great life. He was a very lucky kitty.
