If it was me, I wouldn't decrease just yet. We usually look for 7 full days of numbers under 120. Even if you add 30 to account for the AlphaTrak, that's still 150 and she has had some numbers above that. She was in the 300's just a few days ago. I would wait. The idea is to get her into the healing range and let her surf there for a while so her beta cells can heal. Decreasing too soon can lead to a loss of momentum.
