If no one has suggested this, giving Neo a "snack" at around PM +8 may help to lower his AMPS. A timed feeder will be useful so you don't need to wake up to feed your cat! Given what Mao's numbers look like, a teaspoon or two of food later in the PM cycle may stimulate his pancreas to produce insulin and as s result, lower the AMPS.
