9/29-Peyton-varying levels

This is my first post on here. I'm looking for some guidance. Please take a look at my SS and let me know if you think any changes are necessary. Do I need more data before I make changes? When I skip a dose, his levels rise and then I feel bad. Is it possible to give a mid-day dose if he eats? I'm knew to all of this and thank you for your help.

One reason why you are seeing numbers all over the place is Peyton was started on too high a dose as Sienne said. That has been corrected. The next reason is lantus likes consistency. You need a dose that you can shoot every cycle. I wonder if you should try .25 or even switch to TR?

What exactly is TR? I've read about it but I'm not completely clear about it.
