That's great. It's another clue. As you get the dose back to normal and keep getting some spot tests, you and we will have a better clue
how those cycles are going.
That 138 could be a rising number if Martha's typical nadir is in the +3 and 4 slot. It's hard to know if that's where it is these last few days
with the doses changing.
I hope you are seeing why it's so necessary to know what's going on in those midcycles.

Three things that worry me alot.
(1) not enough tests to know what is going on during the day or night. It only takes an out the door/in the door test during the days when you are working and a before bed test at night. Please...for her safety.
(2) I'd watch this number....she is coming down which means she could throw you a low number at PMPS.
(3) too many dose changes and a skipped shot. They can make numbers wonky. Last night's number was a very safe number to shoot a full dose as long as you had supplies and could test.

How did Martha react when you got the +7 test from her? I hope that she didn't give you much of a fuss over it.
