9/29 Egon PMPS 69 +1 75 +5 85 +9 155 | stay longer or increase?

With an IAA kitty kitty, keep a close eye on the nadir trends. If they start to drift up, it could be a sign of the antibodies starting to win the battle and you need to increase. The good news is that if you do need to increase again, you could try a smaller increase like 0.5 units next.

Ok good to know. So if the nadir goes up in the next while I’ll increase by 0.5 and if it doesn’t creep up, ultimately I’m hoping he comes down to all green for a week or has a dip that warrants a reduction?

You'll have to experiment and see what works for Egon. He's been over a year since FD diagnosis so the long term diabetic rules apply. A week in solid green, a drop below 40, or if you think he's a kitty that doesn't hold reductions well, you can try the 3 times between 40 and 49 on different days. That's what Seth had to do for Bell. But ECID. To keep on top of the antibodies, it seems to help if you can keep lots of green in the picture. On the other hand, if the antibodies break, then there can be sudden and fast reductions. It's a balance.
