Yesterday was...... yellow day in MannieLand. He had been on a flat blue surf the day before, and I had so hoped he would still be these come morning but no..... we had another resting day. I remember writing the other day that I was beginning to think, well know, that he may need a little bit more juice, a jump start. We've had some really great low blues, but no greens... unless I've missed them, which is good possibility. We shall see what happens over the next few days, and maybe fatten the dose toward the end of the week, when DGS isn't here and I can be home to monitor him. Ball is in your court Mannie - let's find the blues, and some greens, or it is more juice for you! Last night was a good start - keep at it! lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D :-D I love Fall in the PNW: cool mornings, sunny afternoons without the hot. They are beautiful. Mannie seems to like them too. He snuggles in his bed in the mornings, ventures on out in the afternoon when the sun is out. So it was yesterday - a great Mannie day. DGS was so glad to see Mannie. As soon as he got here yesterday he was on a Mannie hunt.... Mannie has gotten wise: he's in his hidey spot these days, looking.... peeking... where is he.... he loves that kid, but THE VOICE has become THE CHASER. :lol: :lol: He is so not used to a toddler chasing him through the house. HAHA! Exercise Mannie, exercise - it is good for you. :cool: :razz: :razz: They finally called it quits, gave few hugs, and proceeded to share breffis. Mannie still is not too keen on blueberries... :lol: :lol: This morning we had a great test, feed (YES!!!!!), shoot and clean plate club , AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, and Elsa too. yes, I DO GIVE UP ON THE FEEDERS! ... Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday - I will try and get to condos once DGS has gone home for the day. Today I hope we can visit a river or a lake, someplace near the mountains. It won't be long before there will be snows on those mountains - we had best get there while we still can. Paws crossed that Mannie gives us a permission slip... I will miss you guys, and your furkids! Be good kitties! think blue, think green! :cool:

Hey everybody!!! HEY! I had such fun at the dunes yesterday, and the clam bake was da-bomb! I was hoping maybe we could go back today, have some dune buggy races, and slide in the sands, and maybe do some hang gliding. Maybe a bonfire after that! With S'MORES! You guys in? let me know - I am ready for anything! ~~ Mannie

Come on down Mannie! I was hoping the Blue Mannie Group would perform later today. Do ya think? Your bean mentioned more juice. I hope she is just being silly again and doesn't have to follow through.

hi ella - I hope so... looks like Mannie has given us permission - what a guy. I keep telling him that blues make a good permission slip too. ;-) oh wow on your heat - not quite there yet on that, but I have a feeling it will be soon....

Hi Michelle and thanks on the WPM ~O) Yum! Mannie, I think you can come back this way a bit. I know with a +2 spike it's food with Mags. I wonder if Mannie, too. I love that 3rd pic of DGS and the other two also.

It looks like Mannie is going to need that extra juice. I hope he comes down for you soon. Nicholas looks so happy in that third picture. You can tell he loves the water.

I bet you had a great day with Nicholas. It was even warmer today than yesterday.

490 @ PMPS. 490 ????? Seriously Mannie??? I have no idea where that came from, and ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile SO DISHEARTENING! As I have said to so many others over the past several years to many beans in this position: it's only one number in a sea of thousands... it will come down, he will be blue and green again. :-D :-D :cool: but on the meantime: AARRGGGHHHHH!!!!!

DGS and I had a great day on the river. It was just the best! The air was a bit hazy from all the wildfire over the pass, but still gorgeous. We ate lunch at rivers edge, watch birds fly overhead. Nicholas threw so many rocks, and sticks and leaves. There were piles of fallen leaves on the bridge over the river so he spent a long time just throwing them over the edge, watching them fall. Somehow he found that funny and would laugh and laugh. It was great. I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

HI Ann and Maggie - I am so relieved that Maggie is OK - I read your condo, just haven't been able to post. Take good care of your girl - she's got to be one tired kitty! Thank on the pics - I like that one to: it just shows how much he loves the water.

HI Barb - Those boys!! Though I really hope that Checks did not follow Mannie to the red floor! :o And thanks - the day was Nicholas was just the best!

Hi Amy - oh yes on the +2, and another big yes on that +10 spike! ohmygod_smile what in the world..... And THX on DGS: you are right, it is always fun. He really is a great kid.

Hi Wendy - I so hope so too - sometimes this is exactly what eh does: these horrific highs and a series of blues and greens. been while for that, but it has happened with him before.. I dunno..... maybe the pending full moon is messing with him again. That has happened too. And THX - today with Nicholas was so so fun- a river trip. one you have to drive miles to get too. a very beautiful spot.

357 @ +3 . well, at least we have left the red floor. seems he is taking the express elevator down. Sheesshhh - I can't decide if that is good or bad. :lol:
