No big bounce this morning (yet). Still blue!

Mac earned a reduction to 2.5 after 3 times hitting lime (4 if you count twice yesterday) under this dose. Hope it holds but will go back if it doesn't.

Let's see where today goes.

I wanted to experiment with feeding him early in the cycle if he seems to being active. He doesn't eat on demand and usually not in the morning so I would like to avoid big drops and have more surf action without affecting insulin impact.

So today for the first time I fed him a little LC at +2.5 when he was 118 coming down from 170. So far at +3 he went up to 126. I will test in an hour and see what happens. Will he surf, go down or go up! Should I wait until he hits green before I start managing the curve? Getting to "Know My Cat"!

Update: Mac went to 94 at +4, but then went to 118 at +5. Hope he at least surfs blue today. Test result may be not to feed extra until falls into green even if falling from AMPS.

Given 172 at +7 I definitely did not need to feed at +2.5. And he munched on his LC food on his own during the morning. Won't worry about that so much in the future....

Nice blues and greens. I hope Mac clears the bounce soon. For future reference, you only count one lime during a cycle.
