Last post

Was planning to try an increase, but last night he did a biggish (for him) drop to a lowish (for him) number (119pmps to +3 65)….I barely got my test and retest in, he was screaming bloody murder, I decided to give him some mc, then dh fed more than for next couple hours because I had to go out to go out.

this morning…a bounce? Or just needs mores and juice as I had planned ? The drop last. Ights makes me give pause! Coupled with another pfs (not sure, smelled of insulin after shot) yesterday morning I’m waiting till the dust settles before I increase. Life very busy these days with some upcoming commitments out of house so playing it safe even though this mornings amps is highest in some time.

I think you answered your own question. I wouldn't increase especially after that 65, how Herman gets in the 60s, and your schedule this week .

Interesting that he’s throwing a bit higher AMPS. Any chance he’s getting any contraband overnight?

You asked about flea/tick meds on another post — I typically use Revolution on my guys, including the outdoor cats I care for. It handles certain other creepy crawlies, like ear mites and lice (although Advantage kills lice too, I believe). It also has been around for a long time and seems to be very safe. Anyway, for what it’s worth…

Thanks! I’ll switch to revolution! Overnight he isn’t getting into contraband (other than a snack too close to amps if he didn’t eat his last snack up earlier) but daytime there is always the possibility as he goes out and visits other houses on the farm. I beg and I think the others try to not let him get to anything but it’s not impossible. The Raif routine is also still being finessed, I think there are times that stresses him out….
