I once again didnt sleep well last night. My body is so tired. =(

I left baking soda on the mattress over night, but the smell soaked in =/ luckily, because of his diabetes, his urine is pretty diluted and doesnt have a super smell... but it still has one. I put more baking soda on it and I'll we will try some vinegar tonight. The big issue is that her matress has electrical components inside it, so I don't want to soak it too deep. *sigh*

I am still frustrated that she is mad at ME for this when she is the one who locked him in there.

I'm sorry your grandmother is upset about the pee. I hope you can get the smell out. Hopefully you'll be able to get some sleep tonight and Gordy will slide down slowly today. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
I'm sorry you have to deal with your grandma and not get enough sleep on top of it. Have you thought of getting an enzymatic spray cleaner and spray the spot? It neutralizes the chemicals in the urine. Good luck!!

Will your grandma be more careful about cats getting into her room?? ;)

@JanetNJ has a product that she swears by for cleaning and deodorizing kitty messes.

Yes... I LOVE anti icky poo unscented. You can get it on amazon! Best stuff ever. Most of the cleaners leave a smell as bad as the urine. This literally has no smell.

Vinegar and baking soda won't cut it.... You need an cleaner FOR pet accidents.

I ended up getting a Bissell product, so we'll see how it does.

One of the cats hacked a hairball up and my grandma insisted it was poop. No grandma, its def a hairball. (No! Its poop!) Omg. We are not having good luck this week.

I'm trying to schedule viewings for some houses this weekend because I just can't take it anymore. I really need to NOT live with anyone.

Ok, we did 2 rounds of enzymes tonight and the urine smell is still there. I told her we will do more tomorrow, but I wanted to be able to put a sheet on it tonight. Its dry now, so i helped her put a towel on the mattress and then her fitted sheet. She seems more calm about the whole thing. I pretty much told her it may take a few more times because this is my first time attempting this LOL

This bean is so tired she hurts. So hopefully G surfs nicely because I am not waking up for any tests. I need a good night rest!
